Who We Are
With a rich history dating back to the early 1900's, the Pavilions is the largest county-owned nursing facility in the state of Michigan. We employ over 400 full and part-time staff, which ranks us as the fourth largest employer in Traverse City and eighth in Grand Traverse County.
Our award-winning continuum of care provides a variety of services on one campus, including long-term skilled nursing, adult day care, independent & assisted living, dementia programming, inpatient & outpatient rehabilitation, and aquatic health & wellness classes.
