Residents of The Cottages incorporate the qualities of the Eden Alternative program on a daily basis.  The Cottages Eden program includes: weekly age exchanges, intergenerational gardening activities, daily visits by guests with pets, and allowance of pets on the Terrace Levels of Evergreen and Hawthorn Cottages.

Among these offerings are adult day services, overnight respite, child care, assisted living, long-term care rehabilitation, dementia services, and health and fitness programs.  Each is designed to nurture creativity, independence, and understanding among all constituents.
