2017 Opportunity Fair

Traverse City, MI – May 3, 2017 – Grand Traverse Pavilions will hold its second annual Opportunity Fair on May 18, 2017 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Main Lobby at Grand Traverse Pavilions, 1000 Pavilions Circle, Traverse City. Open to the public, the event will showcase both paid and volunteer opportunities to work at Grand Traverse Pavilions’ Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Assisted Living programs.

“If you are curious about working in this industry, looking for a career change, or just want a career where you can make a difference every day, this is your chance to find out more,” says Leslie Etienne, Human Resources Director. “We will have staff on hand to discuss current openings, review our fantastic benefit package, and answer any questions you may have about starting a career at Grand Traverse Pavilions.”

Attendees can apply for full and part positions including RN/LPN, Certified Nurse Aide, and Universal Worker, which requires no prior experience.  They will also learn how to become a Nurse Aide through our free training program.

Individuals looking to give back to their community can explore the many ways to volunteer at Grand Traverse Pavilions. Share a love of reading, music, art, or just good conversation, with a resident with similar interests. Other opportunities include helping with one of the many community events or with the beautiful grounds.
